“Mysterioso: Music, Magic, Mayhem & Mirth” Jack Everly, the principal pops conductor of the Baltimore Symphony Orchestra, is money in the bank when delivering glorious music at the Strathmore---and, of course, Baltimore. He’s personally entertaining, too, as witnessed at Strathmore last week. On March 4, the BSO included a terrific magic show, “Mysterioso: Music, Magic, Mayhem & Mirth.” Joseph Gabriel opened with birds coming out of the air and handkerchiefs turning into more birds. He also did a funny bit with vocalist Christina Bianco pretending to be hypnotized and then singing like several well known female singers. A father and daughter team, Les Arnold & Dazzle, did magic with big birds. But, David and Dania took your breath away with quick-change artistry done in les than a blink of an eye. Amazing!
