Peter Throm has distinguished himself as the leading agent for symphonic pops conductors and performers. For over 20 years, Peter Throm Management has represented the best in symphonic pops, building a reputation as a trustworthy, creative, ambitious, and forward-thinking partner to his clients and orchestras alike. The clients on his roster hold titled positions with North America’s leading orchestras and frequently collaborate on programs with headlining artists, live-to-film, and original produced content.
A lifelong musician, Throm received his bachelor of music degree from the Eastman School of Music and a master’s degree in Arts Administration from Indiana University. He began his orchestral management career while a student at IU, serving as the Bloomington Contractor for the Evansville Philharmonic. After an internship at Carnegie Hall, Throm held artistic administrative positions with the Detroit Symphony and the Cincinnati Symphony, where he built a long association with the legendary pops conductor Erich Kunzel. At Kunzel’s encouragement, Throm then moved into artist management full-time and has never looked back.
Peter Throm lives in Ann Arbor, Michigan, and is an active musician, performing as a bassist with two local bands.

Mallory Giampaolo

Mallory Giampaolo has built a reputation as a dynamic and trusted voice in the world of symphonic pops, bringing a decade of experience in artist management and symphonic production. She works closely with top symphonic pops conductors and Broadway vocalists, known for her creative energy, strong instincts, and deep understanding of both the artistic and administrative sides of the industry.
Mallory holds a bachelor’s degree in Arts Administration from Indiana University, with a focus in opera management and minors in Music and Spanish. She began her career at the Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra, where she served as Associate Director of Artistic Programming and Company Manager for the beloved holiday production, Yuletide Celebration. During her tenure, she also negotiated the U.S. premiere of all eight Harry Potter films with live orchestra — a milestone moment in cinematic symphonic programming.
Based in Indianapolis with her trombonist husband, Mallory is a lifelong musician and passionate advocate for live performance. Outside of work, she’s a devoted cat mom, foodie, tattoo collector, and is on an endless quest to find the world’s best arroz con pollo.
